I found this place through Wash-megroup and overall it was okay. There was enough room to move around at first, but once a few more people showed up, it started to feel a little cramped.
The seating was limited and not very comfortable if you’re waiting for a while. It was clean enough, just nothing that really stood out to me. Personally, I’d call it an average spot that gets the job done, but I probably wouldn’t go out of my way to come back.

I tried using the wash-megroup.com location finder to track down a nearby machine, and it sent me to a place that didn’t seem to have one at all. I walked around for way too long, wondering if I was just being clueless or somehow missing it.

I checked the map again and it still showed the machine there, so I’m not sure what happened. Either way, it was a frustrating waste of time, especially while carrying laundry around. They really need to keep those locations updated better.

I was able to get my receipt and invoice easily after using it. The download button took me a minute to notice, but not a big deal—once I found it, everything worked fine.

I used the site in Spanish everything just made sense. Like, actually made sense. There weren’t any weird translated words that made me stop and guess what it meant, and the checkout was easy, easy. Support replied without any issue too. Booking a wash was way less confusing for me.

I was impressed with how clean everything was. The floors looked freshly taken care of, and even the little areas around the machines, where dust and grime usually build up, looked really good. It just felt like someone actually pays attention to the details

The folding area just feels way too small, especially when it gets busy. Like, you’re trying to fold your stuff and there’s barely any room to spread out or even move around. It’s just kind of frustrating.

I go to Wash ME every now and then because it’s close by. That’s basically the main reason. Some days it’s fine, I get in, do my laundry, leave. No big deal. But lately… it’s been kind of frustrating. I’ll show up and most of the machines are already being used. Or there’s one sitting there out of order with no real note on it, so you don’t know until you’re already annoyed. I had a dryer stop halfway once too, which just wasted my time. When everything works, it’s okay. Nothing amazing, just does the job. But I don’t really feel like I can count on it, especially if I’m in a hurry

I asked for a refund and it ended up taking longer than I expected. I’m assuming they might just be backed up or maybe refunds usually go through a few steps, but it still felt a little slow from my side

I would’ve liked to see more details about things like water usage, what kind of detergents they use, and whether they do anything around recycling or saving energy. It might all be handled well behind the scenes, but it’s hard to tell without clearer info. If they shared more about that, I’d feel a lot better about using it again.

I wanted to give it a fair try, but I kept having doubts about the security, it just didn’t feel safe enough for me to keep using

The place itself was fine, nothing really wrong with it. But reading between the lines, the location is kind of the main issue here, it’s just farther out than I’d want to deal with again.

Definitely a good option if you’ve got a lot of laundry to get through.
